1st floor, A/C Everywhere, Balcony with Beach View in Luquillo

The location is wonderful, it was clean, cute, and comfortable for my daughter and I to just relax on the beach, supermarket very close by, lots of restaurants, the food outdoor food court, and lots of beach activities (snorkeling, paddle boarding, jet ski rentals). The rain forest is a 15 minute drive with zip lining, breathtaking hikes, views and tours. We would return from our day and watch Netflix on the couch. Loved the outdoor patio. We would return to from the beach and eat ice cream out there just chatting. The apartment has a full kitchen and we had breakfast every morning on the covered patio too figuring out our day together. Beds were comfortable and AC is in every room making it very pleasant. They have a cooler to use, beach chairs and lots of beach toys for kids.

The directions emailed could be clearer, like the explicit name of the condo complex because our gps didn’t actually take us to the exact address. And a picture of the front of the complex would be helpful. The gps stopped short of where it is located leaving us confused as to which condo complex is is. Leaving extra supplies for guests would be helpful (like extra roll of paper towels, toilet paper and batteries for gate remote) verses having to call the host to access them. The cell coverage is spotty and no guest wants to bother the host to get these small items and make arrangements to coordinate a time to.

This location is awesome. Across from the beach. Host is very cooperative. Property is well maintained. Big patio with nice sitting. Host had left lot of beach toys and tools. Kitchen was well equipped and fully functional.

There was nothing to dislike. Just a few things I felt would have been nice to have. There was only one remote control for 2 bedroom ACs. It was not a problem but just a little inconvenience. It would be nice if there were minium supplies like sugar salt and coffee, at least for the first day when we arrived.

The location was really good, secure and easy to reach. Lots of beach items such as chairs, snorkeling googles were nice to have available. The host let us access the fridge an hour before our checkin and after the checkout times to store food items. The host was also very responsive.

The apartment was very dark and dingy. The windows had some kind of shutters on them that kept the light out. They couldn’t be opened. There was no soap anywhere in the house except for dishes. So if you wanted to wash hands after using the toilet you had to get your own soap or for showering and doing laundry as well. There were no toiletries. Kitchen was very poorly stocked. There were no supplies in the kitchen either. Not even salt and pepper.
