The building looks nice, modern, new. Great location. The convenience store on the first floor and a hair salon, also good to have so handy.

There is no A/C nor ceiling fans and it wasn’t disclosed in the description. It SHOULD BE mentioned. You cannot open the doors (windows) and have the curtains down at the same time (too much light from street and signs at night). The design of the floor plan itself is full of flaws (not the owner’s fault) but being a newly built place, it’s hard to understand. Zero cleaning items (hand soap or dish soap should be provided.)

The property was spacious and had spectacular views over the city from every window in the house. The luxury of a good washing machine and dryer were essential for this stage of our travels and we managed to get everything clean and dry before we left. It felt like a real bit of luxury after our time spent travelling backpacker style around Guatemala.

Nothing to dislike - we were allowed to enter early as nobody the day before us and met the host who was super friendly with great English. Please remember to bring cash to pay for this properly as it is not hotel but more a modern apartment for young professionals. We used an app to transfer to our host and he was happy with this also.

Uncomfortable beds (one was broken) the floor was dirty as well as the air extractors from the bathrooms! They looked as if they had never been cleaned!

The best location in zona 10 of Guatemala City, very close to a lot of restaurants and malls. We asked to the host a few appliances that were not in the apartment and the host immediately provided it to us. Easy communication with the host and fast response.

The apartment was not very clean when we checked in. The positive side it was informed to the host and he offered a courtesy cleaning.
