Nayah Stays, Amazing villa with private pool & 5 master suites

The villa's amenities were exactly as advertised and it was very clean with hotel level amenities. They also accommodated a last minute request for a cot which was very helpful.

There was a weird smell when the ac was turned on in one of the rooms and when we contacted the facilities they came the next day but said everything was fine and didn't follow up even though there was still a smell. The other problem was the password for the rooms were wrong and we were locked out of the rooms for 30 minutes till we were able to contact them and they sent the correct codes.

طاقم الهوس كيبنج ليس كفاءه بالمره ويتعاملو مع الزاءر بفظاظه مدخل الكمبوند اللى فيه الفيلا سيء جدا جدا اختلاف المعلن على بوكنج فى النقاط الاتيه حمام السباحه الرئيسى فى الكمبوند مش شغال وناشف ولا يوجد به مياه مكتوب على بوكنج المغادره من 11 الى 12 المسؤولين عن الفيلا قالو 11 لازم نكون مسلمين الفيلا والهوس كيبنج تعامل معنا بفظاظه وكانو عايزين يدخلوا الفيلا ينظفوا فيها واحنا لسه بنلم فى حاجاتنا وفى الاخر بعد مشادات وحرقة اعصاب تركونا للساعه 11.3 بالرغم مكتوب على بوكنج من 11 الى 12

Shower drainage was clogged.
