Their service. My tv wasn't working, upto an hour they told me someone is coming, coming. After that, they have sent me the broken remote, while it wasn't working, After my complaint, they started to gave me knowledge to press so and so button on remote. I told them we have also a smart tv but without remote how can I change anything? my wife went to them to sort it out. Those people have given the same remote to my wife to cool the matter as it was more than 1.5 hour while we checked in. As usual, that remote hasn't worked we complained again then they have blamed us that we have broken the remote as we visited to masuri from Ahmedabad to break their remote . After too much discussion, the person came, tried and told that you can't see the tv. He didn't allowed us to even change the room while only 4 rooms were packed. They don't care for customers. Location is also very far after masoori, you have to go down 7 km. where you can't get anything only these people are selling puri bhaji (3 puri) for rs 190 rs. Pls avoid it. You will tired
