A&S properties, no guest fees, with drive and near city centre

The toilet was leaking which was alrdy knows since there was a container underneath the toilet. The carpet was messy in the living room the front door and stairs where filthy and the cleaner lady was extreamly rude

The apartment is clean, nice and spacious. I would recommend.The neighbour is calm. I really enjoy my stay.

Comfortable, cheap and close to what I visited for - concert

Double booked which caused problems for the other guests as we had already arrived - we let them in and ensured they found somewhere before they moved on but it could have caused a lot of issues potentially if we or they were difficult. The surrounding area wasn’t amazing but no issues with the neighbours while we were there.

The property was self catering. It was cosy and quiet. The bed was comfortable. It was well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was good. I think it was good value for money.

The central heating system could have been better. The control on the radiator in the bedroom was broken. So the radiator in the bedroom could only be full on, or off. This meant the heat in the bedroom could quickly become unpleasantly high. The central heating control box had apparently not been programmed. So the heating came on once unpredictably in the middle of the night. However the owner told me how to make the heating work.

Location was good. Flat was clean and tidy. Everything we needed.

The location for the apartment was great. The price was good for the location.

The bin was full on arrival and wasn't takenout, the toilet was without a complimentary toilet roll. The bed sheets looks like it could do with new ones.
