L’appartement est très bien situé. Près de centre ville et avec un parking privé. Bien équipé avec des lits très confortables.

A well laid out property with everything you need. Very comfortable beds, exceptionally clean, comfy lounge and very well appointed kitchen. Couldn’t fault it!

Not having a lift up to the flat on the 3rd floor was only an issue once my son ran the marathon…then it was tricky as his legs hurt a lot. The stairwell could do with a clean and tidy up. No complaints about the flat itself though.

This is a perfect, tidy, comfortable accommodation in a very convenient location. I look forward to staying here any time I am in the area.

Great location. Easy to walk into the city centre. Good directions provided to the parking space. Clean and well equipped.

Owner was very responsive and helpful. Flat was clean, modern and carefully thought out. A short walk into the centre. Parking space def saved us money and time.

Location was en route for students returning home after a night out. On the first night I was woken up 3 times by noisy people arguing or shouting in the street below. I guess that’s a lottery and not the owners fault. Second night it didn’t happen but one of the bedrooms is below a child’s room so there were little feet running around early morning which woke my friend up, the other room wasn’t bothered by this. It’s 3 floors up with no lift so if you have a lot of stuff it might not be ideal, didn’t bother us as we knew that when we booked.

Clean with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Good strong water pressure and good constant temperature throughout the property.

Third floor with no lift which may be an issue for some people.

Lovely place and very professional host. But, the flat is on the third floor with no lifts - so lugging the suitcases wasn't the easiest. Also, its in a large housing scheme.
