"Room overbooked, unacceptable"

Cannot say because we were refused the entrance, the room was overbooked.

The room was double booked and when we called the property they said it‘s not their fault, it‘s booking.com who screwed up. I didn‘t get any update and it has been 2 days now. I contacted customer service twice and no answer. Awful experience

"A beautiful modern apartment close to the old centre."

The apartment is certainly spacious and full of light. It's well equipped with a full kitchen and two separate bedrooms as well as the main living area. Everything is modern including the large bathroom. Parking is in a secure underground parking lot, but very easy to access with a remote control which opens the shutter. There is a lift from the street or the parking lot to the room.
