How close it was to the beach

For a unit made to hold 8 people only having 1 parking spot was not ideal.

"Amazing Family Trip in Paradise"

Great location! Very clean,safe,and secure. Close to the beach, shops and Diamond Head crater. Easy check in and check out. Great space and views of the ocean from the lanais. Included parking spot in the garage down below was nice and convenient.

The outside of the building is a little run down and there are a few homeless people living on the sidewalk across the street. But we had no issues with them or anyone in the building. All the neighbors were kind and the locals were nice and helpful.

"Excellent place to stay for a large group"

Every family member liked this place. It was very close to Waikiki. We liked free parking, beach chairs, starbucks coffee, TVs, and utensils. The staff was very quick to respond to my request.

Water did not drain properly in a sink.

The location, cleaness and comfort of the room. It's very considerate, it provides everything that we need for our stay such as the after sun gel, extra blankets, kitchen and bathroom supplies, and even stuff we need for the beach. I can also clearly see the Waikiki Beach from the balcony! Not to mention that the reserved parking spot is such a game changer!!! The host is very responsive too!

We had some difficulty putting back the fob key and the garage opener to the lockbox during the check out. There's stain on the sofa bed cover sheet from the previous user. Microwave
