Deluxe Central Elizabeth Residence w/ 4BEDRM, 2BATHRM, 1LVNGRM

No hot water for 2 days. Electric sockets not working. Problem with electric hob. Badly equipped kitchen, very few utensils.

Location, very central. Next to a tram stop.

No hot water for two days. Power sockets not working and hanging out of the wall. Severe lack of glasses, 2 wine glasses and 3 mugs. We had to buy some kitchen equipment from the Spar next door.

Great location. 1 minute walk from the beautiful New York cafe. Loads of eateries, bars and supermarkets nearby. The street food market and ruined bars and synagogue were 5 minutes away. 20 minutes walk to the river and all the attractions round it. Extremely clean apartment. Very spacious with comfy beds. All at a great price. Communication from the host was good and nothing was too much trouble

Beautiful apartment in a brilliant location. Bryan was very professional, most helpful and quick to answer any queries we had. We can definitely recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel apartment. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and the facilities were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I would certainly return!

Good location, spacious and clean

No socket in kitchen to plug the kettle into but not too much of an issue!

Communication with Bryan pre and during our family trip was good although there was some confusion over our pre arranged early arrival to deposit our luggage but that was resolved quickly. The airport transfer was pre-arranged and very helpful, thank you. We are a family group of 8 adults ranging in age from our 20's to 60's and there was plenty of room for us all We were able to leave our cases downstairs by the door on check out, thank you, as our flight was not until that evening. Supermarket next door very handy. Overall the apartment is clean and comfortable and quiet apart from the back bedroom that must share a wall with a bar or restaurant bathroom and the noise from that disturbed those in that room so they slept with the a/c on to drown it out.

We were under the impression there was a/c in all the bedrooms but there is not any in the 4th bedroom, off the main lounge. The pillows are very small as in a lot of European apartments, more like lounge cushions. The kitchen area was a mystery to us all, alleged professional adults, as we could not find a socket to plug the kettle into other than placing it on the floor? There were also only 3 wine glasses and no dish towel. Bryan did try to get us one but messaged to say he did not have any? The listing mentions a toaster but this was not there. For accuracy there are not wardrobes in the rooms or clothes racks but there are coat racks and hanging rails in the main area. There is not a balcony or elevator as listed as the flat is accessed via the ground floor but then up 2 flights of stairs which may compromise those will limited mobility. The distances noted in the blurb are not accurate but as mentioned in the small print are measured in a straight line and most sites are at least an easy 40 minute walk which we enjoyed.
