ROAmazing location: clean rooms, great balcony view, quiet, spacious apartment, and packed with everything you need for a family holiday.
Indications for the heated pool and the garage could be a little more clear, everithing else was amazing.

How far away it was up the hill. You definitely need a car
NLFriendly welcome to give the keys and explain everything. There's also a key box with a key. Spacious apartment with great view and a well equiped kitchen. The apartment is not in the center so the beach and busy areas are a bit of a walk or to take a (cheap) taxi. Parking is done in the closed off area next to the apartment. There's a garage but I didn't use it.

All very minor things- Sofa bed sheet was a tad on small size so was a struggle to get on and no pillow for sofa bed. Sofa was quite stained. No cloth for cleaning down tables and washing dishes. Over powering coconut smell not great for asthmatics. Location- Great view but not many restaurants or grocery close by. Not the owners fault but maybe they could have a word with the people above. They kept flicking their ash and cigarette butt's onto our balcony.
LTIts very worn out: doors are making loud noises, main door opens very difficultly, towels are clean but have some stains, in general everythings needs some fixing or tending to. I would not call this property “luxury”, its rather “budget”. Although its simple and does not have luxury feel, for a good price its good to stay for couple of nights.
PLVery good equipped. Comfortable. Nice and warm pleasant balcony with astonishing view. Heated pool on top of building. Very good communication with host.
I would just improve a little bit entrance instructions, to have clear, standardized version with images that shows how to get into the place.
GBAmazing views, flat is as pictured, clean and a good size (I think the 'luxury' title is due to the large TVs in each room - the flat is otherwise normal standard) and good kitchen equipment. Location is great - up a steep hill, we used a car which we parked on the premises and can walk to the beach in 35 mins. V good size pool on the top floor, heated so warm enough to go in in January. Comfy beds but took a couple of days to get used to the pillows (hard memory foam)
Not all the facilities that are listed on here are on site, i.e. gym and spa are a few min drive away at a public leisure centre. Although the host was very responsive, we had to ask for information like how to check in, where the key was, where the car park/gate fob and gym was etc so would be more useful to have that information upfront on the day of check in
