We loved everything!!! The host, the location! The apartment was very clean and spacious! I wish we stayed there for longer! There was enough breakfast for us in the fridge and some sweets around the house!

There were some good things with the flat (renovated, spacious, fast internet) that were completely ruined by the fact that we couldn't get enough sleep - and this is the major reason why you book a hotel room. So that you can sleep... And then the next days were also ruined because we were tired and because the owner of the flat was extremely hostile to us in his messages and really upset us.

There was heavy construction work (hammering, drilling, scratching) in the flat above and stairways both days we stayed there starting in between 7:30am-8am, so that the whole flat was shaking. We actually thought it was an earthquake. After notifying the host, he verbally attacked us and didn't want to compensate us. When the extreme noise kept going on day two and we sent him some more videos, he didn't respond at all. Not even an apology, nothing. When we asked again what to do with the keys, he just wrote back leave them in the flat. Zero empathy. Some friends who had a similar thing happening to them got many apologies and full compensation. Our host just decided to insult us instead. Although the check-out time is early enough (10:30 AM), the host tried to trick us to check out even earlier, I had to send the screenshot from booking, so that we do check out at 10:30. The flat is far from the center in an area where there is nothing to see. The only reason why we booked it was to be able to park the car. We asked the owner about a parking spot and he sent us to a garage nearby that charged us 40€ for two nights. There's some food left in the house, but half of the things were opened and half eaten. Not very hygiene.. The pillows are unusable, extremely big and hard, I had to use towels instead. The shower is tiny.

The apartment is ideal if you seek tranquillity and want to reach the city centre with a 30-minute walk. It was spotless and had everything needed for our stay (we were there for a short time, but it is certainly great for longer stays as well). The hosts contacted us in advance to arrange our arrival and also provided us with directions for our plans. Highly recommended. (at night time we founded a free car parking easily as a plus).
