Chester Stays - Lovely 2 bedroom house in the heart of Chester

Beautiful little two bed property that was surprisingly spacious, right in the heart of the city centre and near to the Quay area too, which could be accessed easily via the Roman Gardens nearby. Well thought out facilities. Lovely decor and little touches. Amazing powerful drench plus hand held shower heads in both bathrooms. One of the best shower experiences we’d all had ever! Comfortable settees. Well stocked kitchen and a very kind welcome gift of chocolates and Prosecco. Everything we needed. You felt you were in someone’s lovely home, not simply an Airbnb. Would stay again. Hickory’s Smokehouse is amazing and just down the road on the Quay. So many independent shops, restaurants, cafes and businesses, which was wonderful to see in Chester. Great coffee at The Cinderbox. Fabulous brunches and cakes at Marmalade (need to book as so popular), impressed by Chester Market which is now a street food hall. The Brewhouse was lovely and we enjoyed a drink one evening at The gorgeous Albion Pub which was just next door but one to the property and was like stepping back in time. Very relaxed. Beautiful architecture everywhere. Great street entertainment, friendly people and buzzing atmosphere. Love Chester and the property. Hope to return. :)

My husband and I were comfortable in the double bed but sadly my daughter found that the single bed made her experience some aches and pains. Hence the one point off for comfort. I personally don’t think this was just due to the mattress as she’s an adult with a larger build, who has some postural issues due to a bad accident when she was 10 years old and does tend to find this in a few beds when we’re away. Parking wasn’t really an issue. You could park in Albion Street for 10mins to unload and pick-up. Then my husband parked in Percy Road for free, for the duration of our stay.

Perfect house, cute and very comfortable in a brilliant location - thanks so much for the prosecco and chocolates! Great pub next door and car park at end of road ! Will always want to stay here if in Chester again.

Attractive house with everything we needed in an amazing location. Excellent responsive hosts.

I stayed at this accommodation with my family for a couple of days, and we really enjoyed both the place and its location.

The welcome chocolates and prosecco were a lovely touch and having the Christmas decorations ups made it extra special for the kids.

The carpet could have been hoovered more thoroughly.

The location of the property is amazing! Very close to the centre yet in a quite street. The facilities of the home were great, it had everything we needed for our weekend.
