Property was not what we expected for the price that we paid

We were quite disappointed with our stay, as the villa did not meet our expectations based on the photos and description. While we understand that some variances are inevitable, we encountered several issues that were problematic: Bedroom Accessibility: Three of the four bedrooms are located up very steep and narrow stairs, which are difficult and unsafe to navigate. Bathrooms: All bathrooms are located downstairs and are not directly accessible from the bedrooms, and other guest toileties were still within one bathroonm, not cleaned Cleanliness Issues: The bed sheets were dirty, and we found mouse droppings on the plates. Additionally, the kitchen amenities were not clean. Pool and Amenities: One of the two pools advertised was actually a non-functional spa. The projector also did not work. Seating: There was insufficient seating for guests. These issues significantly impacted our stay, leading us to leave before our full booking period. We then faced the inconvenience of finding alternative accommodation.

Staff are friendly and helpful

The bed sheet and the washroom is very dirty.i think they didn’t clean before we come, it’s all of insect excrement. One of the AC is not working, but the staff is willing to help us to fix it.

Pool was great, location to the various places but away enough to be in quiet location. Helped with a surprise birthday balloon and flower arrangement for friend!!! (At a great price) Loved being able to use the floating heart. Communication with villa great and cleaning service awesome.

Would have been nice to have a picnic table or proper chair table available as older people struggled with ground/pillow sitting. Non slip mats or similar for stairs around pool could be handy as had some near slipping accidents. Stairs to rooms are quite steep so if anyone has mobility issues not so good however 1 room is ground level
