Villa Sunrise - Luxury property with pool & large private garden, few steps from the beach, ideal for families and people with mobility issues

It was modern and very well equipped, electric gates, EV charging, independent air conditioning for every room and and excellent kitchen and living space. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Nothing, a lovely place.

Mooi appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer behulpzame beheerder, mooie omgeving. Ideale ligging, vlakbij het meer.

Geen minpunten.

Appartement spacieux, à l’état neuf, très bien équipé avec une grande terrasse et un jardin. Les 2 salles de bain sont très fonctionnelles. La décoration est soignée et les équipements de qualité. Possibilité de stationner plusieurs véhicules. L’hôte d’accueil, Donato, est très réactif, disponible et agréable. Dervio est une ville très bien située pour bénéficier du calme et de la proximité du lac. La résidence est à 100m du lac, dans un quartier calme, et à 10 mn à pied de l’embarcadère pour se déplacer en ferry.

very good location, a few minutes walk from the bus and train station. the house is beautiful, everything is new, very modern and comfortable. I can recommend it to everyone who goes to Lake Como

there is everything you need, clean, nice

This is a new apartment building - clean and bright. The flat has its own small terrace which leads onto the garden with secure gated parking. Had everything you could need (apart from a kettle!) about 100m to a lovely lakeside path

Lounge is small but perfectly adequate for 2. This is a v quiet area of lake como - not bustling and not huge amounts of shops/restaurants - and doesn’t have that quaint feeling of other areas. But it’s easy to get to all the other places by ferry or driving. We loved it here

Smashing apartment a 4 min walk from the beach in my favourite village. Donato couldn’t have been more helpful.
