Only downside is parking.cons

Construction goin on next door. Very noisy from 8am till 5ish. Parking very difficult in narrow roads.

The view from the balcony was stunning and it had everything you needed.

The bed was quite small, we are a young couple and we found it small, but still extremely comfortable.

Great location, and very good facilities. Pretty much everything we needed.

Sofa wasn’t the most comfiest but this was not a major issue.

Location was fantastic and property was lovely and clean.

Bedroom is quite cramped, and you can hear the guests from the flat above.

- No full length mirror or mirror near a plug socket - Thin pillows - Very small towels

Great location and central. Very clean and modern

Parking very difficult but that's Brixham. Only thing to comment was maybe another mirror needed as there is only one in the bathroom

Location was perfect and had a nice view. Had all facilities you needed.

Only negative was that the bed was uncomfortable. Very hard and the pillows were quite thin.

Fabulous location, a short stroll to the town, everything we needed was provided for our stay.
