"The condo is in poor condition and does not match the cost of the rental."

The location to Old Town La Quinta. The host was pleasant in our communications.

There was a bad smell under the sink. The toilet ran constantly and leaked. Tap water had a bad taste. The carpet was badly stained and the condo could use a thorough cleaning. The smoke detector went off anytime the stove was used. The battery on key pad was low and ran out during our stay. The cost of the rental was too high given the condition of the condo. Given what we paid, we expected a condo in much better condition.
