Location is fantastic. The room was clean with a good amount of towels and spare bed linen. There was a very good amount of kitchen equipment and utensils. Overall the facility was good.

Had to chase on arrival to get the code for the key safe, not great when you arrive and you can't immediately get in! After the first night we sent a message to the hosts to explain some issues that we had already noted. These were that; there was only one sunbed and not two (this was an issue on a number of days as all the sunbeds around the pool were taken - we were told it had been ordered, but they didn't know when it would arrive - not good enough!); there was no plug in the kitchen sink, so couldn't easily wash the dishes; the toaster did not work properly; one of the spindles on the stairs was broken. We were told the toaster would be replaced the next day, the other points were ignored. Even though we were promised it would be replaced, it never was. Much of the bathroom furniture is dated and actually peeling, so needs an update. This property could easily be a much better property with a small investment, it is just a shame that the managers of the property could not be bothered to correct the issues we raised and not just promised and then ignored them! Would definitely return to the location, but probably not this apartment. Expensive considering the property is becoming dated.

Da ich weiß, dass der Block 'was hat nicht gefallen' in der Rezension nicht veröffentlicht wird, anbei hier meine komplette Beschreibung. Zugang durch Schlüsselübergabe per Codebox. Keine persönliche Übergabe. Die Lage und Größe der Wohnung ist gut. Nah am Strand. Rechts und links der Wohnanlage sind Baustellen mit entsprechendem Lärm. Teile der Wohnung sind verschlossen (privat). Insgesamt war die Ausstattung ok. Mobiliar einfach und zum Teil sehr abgewohnt. TV Spanisch in den Schlafzimmern, lediglich Netflix im Wohnzimmer nutzbar für deutsche Sprache. Warmwasserproblem durch Boiler. In der oberen Etage /Bad kam so gut wie kein warmes Wasser an. Duschbad unten mit Einschränkungen nutzbar. Positiv zu bewerten waren die Betten und der Ausblick von den Balkonen zum Meer, außerdem die Terrasse zum Pool (windgeschützt). Auflagen für Terrassenstühle und Liege (nur 1 vorhanden, ohne Auflage nicht nutzbar) wären wünschenswert. Aufgrund der Lage und Größe würden wir die Wohnung eventuell nochmal mieten.

Bellissima posizione vista tramonto, con doppia esposizione anche su piscina interna. Molto bello il fatto di avere sia il balcone sul mare, sia il dehors con affaccio sulla piscina. Spazi molto ampi e ariosi, bellissimo il complesso.

Il mobilio (divani e poltrone) è purtroppo macchiato e andrebbe sostituito o almeno lavato. La pulizia in generale non è stata effettuata in maniera approfondita. L'acqua delle docce non viene erogata in quantità sufficiente per potersi docciare ed è molto complesso regolare la temperatura, con importanti sbalzi termici.

Ruim huisje van alle gemakken voorzien, goede bedden. Rustige omgeving.

Geen koffiezetapparaat maar alleen 1 kleine perculator. Voor 4 personen echt te klein. Warm water druk was minimaal en onregelmatig, dat maakte het douchen niet echt lekker.

Die Lage! Die Matratzen waren gut.

Viele Möbelstücke waren kaputt und wirkten eklig. Es wirkt so, als würde in diese Wohnung nicht mehr investiert.

Gros problème d’eau chaude et de pression qui rend la baignoire inutilisable et la douche compliquée… dommage car sinon tout est super pour passer d’excellentes vacances

Sehr unfreundlicher Kontakt, der uns per WhatsApp gedroht hatte, den Zugang zu verweigern, wenn wir nicht seine Bürokratie an Heilig Abend erledigen. Dazu haben wir nie einen Namen erfahren, wer der Unbekannte war, der uns per WhatsApp an Heilig Abend drohte. Schimmel, kaltes Duschen, kein Druck in den Leitungen, defekte Möbel, Baustellenlärm aus mehreren Richtungen, Schmutz, Modergeruch. Trotz Reklamation über Booking keinen einzigen Cent Rückerstattung. Schlechtest mögliche Reiseerfahrung eines Genius 3 - Vielreisenden.
