Belfast private room en-suite & own access

That's a difficult question to answer. I guess the space was a good size and had a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Was dirty. I ended up wiping surfaces . Not just a day or 2 of dust, but sticky dust, a couple of weeks old. Very cluttered space. Toilet seat came off. Curtain didn't reach across the door fully. Nothing matched. When I mentioned it was dirty, she didn't believe me, saying her cleaner (Emma) had cleaned it fully. The following day I got a message saying that Emma had cleaned it AGAIN. I challenged the clean from the 1st day and I was asked to come and collect my stuff and leave. Looking at previous reviews about how dirty it was ,she just comments about how it's a 'budget' rental and advised to go and spend £200 a night if that what is wanted. I was well aware it was budget, but clean is basic expectation! I ended up cleaning the surfaces and leaving the dirty cloth for her to see. There was butter in the fridge that was 6 weeks out of date! I couldn't see any of the electrical stickers on any of the plugs that I thought were needed, but maybe they aren't There is cheap and cheerful and there is cheap and nasty, sadly this was the latter. Also, she said she would let people know on Booking.com about me.

The owner met me and showed me to the outhouse, and supplied a hairdryer which was much needed. The owner is friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, although the quilt was a bit too thin for me for this time of year.

There was dust behind the bed, and the road noise could be heard , but that's not the owners fault.overall I had a good stay.
