Comfortable bed. Well supplied breakfast items.

Shower was not working. No hot water in the basin. Lots of cigarette ends left outside the door.

everything its not a studio its a garage that is damp and cold no towels the electricty needs looking at very uncomfortable would never stay again or recomend stayed out until midnight left very early could go on but wont just want to forget

Very friendly host, answers messages quickly. Plenty of breakfast items, we stayed 4 nights and had another bag of food items left for us on day 3. Good location and free parking. Double bed was comfy.

Looked clean at first look but when looking for where to store our clothes, we found under bed draws which were thick with dirt / dust which I cleaned as we couldn't live out of our suitcases. The plastic wardrobe wouldn't stay together to hang our coats let alone clothes. There is a cupboard under the fridge which we couldn't use as dirty. Lack of ventilation as only one window. The promise made on previous reviews in 2023 about the curtain over the door have not been kept and there is a huge gap to let the light in, we hung a towel there!?! Extension leads hanging on bed and from ceiling, which is very unsafe, especially as can get damp from shower due to no ventilation. Really should only be for 2 people as very cluttered with the extra bed in place which had slats falling out of it and extremely uncomfortable for our daughter as she had a metal lump in her back all night.

I loved this property. It was quiet, easy to get into the city, breakfast items provided. Good shower, comfy bed.

It was great to have a microwave and fridge in our room. Our host Cathy was very friendly and kindly allowed us to use her washing machine and dryer. She also provided us with provisions for breakfast.

Room was on the small side & there was no option for ventilation. The container of cigarette butts just near the studio entrance was off putting.

Lovely little place, very comfortable. Slept well. Owner very accommodating. Happy to set up iron in her kitchen for our use.

Only one large towel provided for the 2 of us but I'm sure if we had requested more the owner would have provided them. Woken by gym users chatting by the guest house early morning. Not too much of a problem as we were leaving by 9, but if we were staying longer and hoping for a lie in, I'd have been unhappy. Further from the centre than I realised but great transport links.
