This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. We will require valid ids of each guest and the contract to be signed prior to access. We DO NOT condone parties or events. Please note that the sofa beds advertised are single fold-out beds. These are chargeable at £10 per bed per night, subject to availability. Pre-payment required. There is a fee regarding pets on the property. Please enquire with us before booking/arrival to confirm availability and prices. Kindly note that quiet hours are between 22:00 - 08:00. Please note we have an unplanned late check-out fee and a non-payment fee. We offer a contactless self-check-in service. You will receive your check-in instructions on the day of your arrival in trust that all of your pre-check-in details have been completed and submitted. A deposit may be required at the property.
