GBGood space, nicely decorated and a big kitchen. Several bathrooms and showers which is very convenient for a group.
The road was very noisy and could be heard in all the bedrooms at the front of the house. The kitchen table was also too small to sit everyone who was staying, and it would have been great to have a small pot/pan in the kitchen too.

GBThe house was beautifully decorated with lots of lovely little touches and details. Perfect for a weekend in Nottingham, bus stop outside easy to get into Nottingham
The only issue was we stayed on a ridiculously hot weekend, so some fans would have been appreciated as the house gets hot. Worth noting house is on a main road, we knew this befofe and brought esr plugs, so it didn't cause us any issues
GBSpacious, modern, and clean. Generous living room space flowing through to the kitchen where our group of six could freely chill out, mix and relax together. This property is a hidden gem and we'll definitely be returning next year. Ample free parking at the rear of the property for 3 to 4 cars and a first class virtual welcome and service from the owner. Having three bathrooms was the perfect balance for our number, and the bedrooms had a fresh modern vibe on a classic period building. Highly recommended for sure!
GBIt had a lovely feel and was nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and the three bathrooms were really nice.
The lounge area is not really big enough for the 10 people that the house sleeps.
