Konum çok güzeldi, her yere yürüyerek gidebildik, ücretsiz otopark olması bizim için önemliydi. Evsahibi herşeyi kusursuz anlatmış çok kolay giriş yaptık. Isıtma konusu biraz zordu, hava çok soğuktu ve sadece klima ile ısınmak zordu ama 2. gün daha kolay doldu çünkü daire ısındı, klima sesi rahatsız ediciydi, keşke kalorifer olsaydı, mükemmel olurdu.

Isınma konusu daha iyi olabilirdi, klima ile ısınmak gece 1 derece olan bir dönemde bizi çok zorladı, klima sesinden uyuyamadık, ilk gece de gerçekten çok soğuktı daire, sanırım bir süredir kullanılmıyordu.

Önceden giriş bilgilendirmesi yapılması çok iyi. Özel otopark sunulması çok avantajlı. Merkezde ana cadde üzerinde.

Banyo duş kısmı yıpranmış. Oda çok belli olmasa da oldukça tozluydu. yüksek tavanlı iki adet klima var, klima bakımları yapılmamış olabilir.
