This place is superb, great location and comes with a safe car park space. Paul was brilliant throughout with great communication and instructions on how to check in. Will definately book this place again.

The dishwasher had been left full of dirty crockery. It was rectified the day after our arrival, but in the meantime we had to remove and wash some items by hand to use at breakfast

A lovely stay in this spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and comfy duvets/pillows. Very quiet, and very little street noise. Great location -& just a few minutes walk from the station. Easy check in - and very good communication from host before and during stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Location, underground parking, size, comfort and cleanliness

Apartment has two bus stops at the door and minutes walk from shops and bars Apartment building was extremely quiet day and night We stayed 31st August and it was very quiet and peaceful at night … this Maybe different once the university starts back Apartment was nicely decorated (it’s a shame the cleaning company has failed to keep up a high standards of cleaning ) The balcony had doors coming of the bedroom and living room which was great The bedrooms are in opposite sides of the apartment which is ideal if any guests are snores. We are able bodied but I did think that This apartment would be ideal for any wheelchair users as it has a flat entrance, a lift, huge bathroom and bus too at the door. The only restrictions would be the step out to the balcony

Although the place is newly and nicely decorated the place could do with a clean in some areas. Balcony and doors needed cleaned Dining table looked awful as it was badly scratched and covered in cup rings Bedrooms were spotless but spare bedding and towels were mixed together and in a heap in the wardrobe Bathroom is huge! The tiles could do with cleaning and regrouting especially around the bath where it has black mold Kitchen area is nice with new modern units, new microwave kettle, although the freezer was dirty, the cooker hood was greasy and streaky looking and the oven stank so bad we couldn’t use it, ended up having to have takeaways both nights Ordering a takeaway is a nightmare as the map app takes them to the opposite side of the building. When ordering it’s worth mentioning this and leave clear instructions as to the exact location of the apartment The gripper along the front door has split so has a sharp splinter of wood sticking out The balcony door from the living room didn’t seem to close properly and had a gap which wasn’t an issue for us but in the colder weather would be

Location is excellent, easy to go everywhere and the bus stop is very close.

Just one. Toilet paper is not enough. I need to buy toilet paper myself.
