Charming 3/4 bedroom semi-detached cottage.

Environnement tranquille, logement confortable, spacieux pour 6 personnes, bien équipé sauf pour la cuisine

Cuisine moyennement nettoyée à l'arrivée, peu de couverts (pour 6 personnes et pas plus), pas suffisamment de vaisselle pour 6 personnes, casseroles et poêles inutilisables (rayés et crasseuses). Plaque de cuisson : difficile à allumer. Sels de lavage et liquide de rinçage manquant pour le lave vaisselle. En résumé, le ménage est fait en surface, les détails ne sont pas contrôlés et ne correspondent pas au prix de la location.

Cute little home. Exactly what we needed: comfortable beds and a place to make tea and coffee for a family of 6 adults travelling needing a place to rest that was affordable outside of Edinburgh. The added history of the place was a real treat for some history nerds. Very compelling to walk the same walk as Mary Queen of Scot's!

It's such a beautiful place. We were surrounded by nature, and two nights in a row, we saw deer in the field.

Quiet location and an exceptional well maintained property

Very lovely bungalow with a private drive and secure yard. Nice upstairs bedrooms and sitting room. Lovely location. There's a smart TV for entertainment. Ok Wi-Fi, occasionally drops off (but we expected that considering the location.) There's a washer / dryer and dish washer. Master bed is super big!

The downstair bedroom needs some TLC, compared to the upper bedrooms it looks like the forgotten child. There was only one full toilet paper provided on the first day, but the host quickly sent replacements the next day.

Quiet location. Lovely cottage and facilities.
