Sunshine House Kos - Easy living by the sea

Schönes kleines Haus mit Meerblick, sehr netter Vermieter, sehr sauber. Sogar eine Filter-Kaffeemaschine wurde extra für uns besorgt. Gute Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten in den Schlafzimmer, inkl. Mückengitter.

Die Straße ist etwas laut, in der Nebensaison war es für uns aber ok. Ein zusätzlicher Topf wäre schön.

Расположение. Близко к морю и ресторанам. Новый ремонт. Достаточно места для семьи из 4х человек.

Great location. Very clean and well equipped. Lovely treats on arrival.

Alles Top, ein tolles Haus gleich am Strand, perfekte Ausstattung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr netter Gastgeber, Kefalos ist so schön mit vielen tollen Stränden, 10 Punkte und viele Sterne, danke schön!

Perfect location and stunning views across Kamari Bay. Great location for restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The house had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean and modern. WiFi excellent. Air conditioning in every room which was much needed in the hot weather. Having been to Kefalos for over 20yrs it was lovely to have a house instead of the usual apartments or hotel. This really was home from home with a lovely garden area where you can sit in the cool evening. I would highly recommend this property to families or couples.

Wish the house had sun loungers for the front patio area. Also, the mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable. Definitely need firmer pillows and a more solid(foam style)mattress so it doesn’t feel so uncomfortable

The property is a new build with fantastic facilities and an amazing view of the beach. Great location to explore the local bars and restaurants, easy off-road parking and super friendly hosts.

Simply, one of the best places we have ever stayed. First, the host is very nice person, super responsive and making always sure we are all right. The place, very private and perfectly tailored for a family stay. Equipped with all necessary amenities, very modern and cozy. All worked just right. Literally, in a minute vicinity there are shops, taverns, simply all you need. As for the sea, it is just a throw away and probably we have never seen such clear water, kids just loved it, diving and watching fish. All in all, this place is highly recommended! Thank you guys!

Beautiful modern design house has the best location. The views from the balconies are breathtaking. The terrace in front of the house with lights around makes every evening unforgettable. Few steps to the beach through the garden . There are all possible water activities. The beach is not crowded. From another site of the house, is ice cream caffe Mr Gellato . The restaurants around, it seems, have competition, who cook better. If I plan my holiday in Kos again, I will definitely stay in Kefalos Sunshine house. Thank you, host, for the wonderful holiday .

greece, kos island, kos, kepalos, beaches, people all great. Special thanks to the manager Dimitris and the owner of the house Theodosis. Exceptional people, welcoming, so helpful. They helped us with everything. The house is fabulous, equipped with everything, new with garden, sea view and parking space. Everything as in the photo. My family and I with two girls stayed from July 4th to July 11th and we felt like we were at home. What can I say: beautiful. Thanks thanks again. by Claudio
