Fabulous location and room, excellent contact with the owner and a wonderful welcome and assistance by Pasindu.

Maybe a bit noisy, because of the boats on the port.

"Modern clean, incredible view, great host."

This is a great spot with a fabulous terrace, amazing views across the water to the mainland, great staff who were flexible, helpful and heated pasties at breakfast! They even stored our luggage.

We walked to the property from the port _ across a small beach and up quite a lot of stairs. If you have much luggage, follow the hosts instructions about getting a taxi

Stunning seaview, yacht harbour view. Nothing could be better. The view from the corner location of our terrace was magnifiscent. We had everything we need there.

Location was great. Breakfast was great. We had a great view off the balcony. Staff and owner were very helpful and attended to all of our needs. Would definitely recommend staying here! And would stay here again if we would come to Procida again.
