"First-class accommodation"

Immaculate. Very comfortable and clean. Everything provided. Quiet location and very close to sea, shops and public transport. Really beautifully furnished and decorated.

I was happy with everything but it is worth noting that there is no lift and a couple of flights of stairs if this is an issue for you. Also, although there is plenty of free on-street parking, it is a little way up the road. There is no possibility to park directly outside.

Great location, near to the beach and the high street (restaurants/bars). Also a good location to walk into local towns.....Our host also provided us with a lovely welcome mini hamper of essentials and goodies - thank you!

"It was a very relaxing short break."

It is a very cozy apartment with everything one needs for a self-catering holiday. On arrival we found milk, juice and various biscuits, which was a nice touch. The location is superb in a quiet street only steps away from the Southbourne overcliffe promenade and a 5-7 minutes' walk to the Fisherman's Walk zigzag and a cliff lift. I would definitely recommend it for a nice break in piece and quiet.

Nothing really. Just one thing is worth mentioning - the appartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift, which may be a problem for older or less fit people, especially with luggage.

Very clean modern flat, comfortable sofa & bed. Really well equipped kitchen. Great location near the sea & only 5 minutes walk from Southbourne Grove shops & restaurants. Didn’t have off road parking but lots of places to park on the road. Welcome basket a nice touch. I contacted Jemma with a query & she answered straight away & was really helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Would have been even better if had off road parking.
