The 2nd bedroom bed matress still has a plastic cover and very not ideal to sleep on.

"Short Stay at Ri's"

The location was close to where we needed to attend meetings.

We did not like that the room was not cleaned well. The floor was still dusty. It was evident from our dirty feet after walking around the unit barefoot. Luckily they had a mop in the unit so we just mopped the floor. Additionally we had trouble with the wifi connection. Only 1 device could connect. We restarted their router as per their advice and it was the same thing. We just proceeded to connect with 1 device and turned on its hotpot so our other devices could connect. The speed was pretty low though so I couldn't get any work done while in the unit. Speedtest showed 5mbps for download and 0.9-1 mbps for upload. the wifi would also randomly disappear and we had to restart the router again. Lastly, the signal inside the unit was close to non-existent. You need to stay near the windows or go out of the unit to get proper reception.

"Better than nothing needs more improvement ."

Location is good accessible to sm mall and market

Incomplete utensils ,towels, and not hot water ,waste basket container .needs to improve more so that I can recommend to others.
