Centrally located, good equipped

Building and apartment are very nice; in the very city center. The host is exceptional and the provided assistance was brilliant!

The historical building unfortunately pays it in terms of Wi-Fi / internet connection; but gives a good rest.

The apartment is in a great location and has a stunning entrance hall to the building that feels like something out of a classic film. Communication with the owner was direct and clear, the check-in process was smooth. The sewage system worked perfectly throughout the stay, and it was a nice touch to have a coffee machine and some snacks available upon arrival. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Great location, big apartment, very clean. Owner polite, hospitable, and reply prompt. No need to look for another apartment - this one is perfect! :)

The things below is more for information for people who are booking and the owner can not do anything 1. Location, even though it is in old town and close to many things as we had two large bags carrying them on to the steps on the way to the apartment and again 2.5 floors up to the apartment was very hard. If you are traveling light then this is not an issue for you. 2. Some of the streets close by were bit dodgy, may be as it was sunday evening we went for a walk. Again this is after 9 pm, day time not an issue. 3. The residents in the house are not friendly. Probably they dont like Asians or that the concept of B&B. 4. If it is hot weather like we had around 35 deg then bring with you extra fan or air cooler. We kept the windows open in the night and slept in the living room with both fans but some one in the house was smoking weed so had to close the windows.

It was very clean and they thought of almost everything. The host is very nice and easy to contact. We got very clear instructions about how to enter the apartment.

There is no airco in the apartment so we had some really hot nights. Also the WiFi and our service wasn’t really working because of the thick walls of the building.

Location was very good, quiet and the building was very nice.

No WiFi sadly due to the building. It was extremely hot, making us unable to sleep so air condition should be a must. There were minor cleaning mistakes but shower had black mold which is unacceptable.

Everything was perfect. The Apartement was very beautiful and had all we need. The communication with the Owner was very easy and nice! He answered really quick and helped us out with all questions. The apartement was very clean, modern styled and comfortable. Perfect Location for visiting genua. 😊
