we stayed in Room no. 5 & 6. Swimming pool in between them. For two rooms (4 guest), this is ideal, private nice sit out near pool, and lots of tree greenery. Rooms are okay size and clean. Bed is comfortable and clean. Has 2 tables and 2 chairs. may be Need one or two bright lighting in room (white light or intermediate light required). Location is reasonably good, Quiet and private feeling. Few restaurant and shops around the corner. Beach is 1km walk which is okay during evening stroll. Staff is courteous and helpful.

No mirror in room. (unbelievable). How do you expect Ladies/females to get ready / do make-up. Bathrooms are most inconvenient. Coud not close bathroom door. Wardrobe is in bathroom, and dark, cant see inside. No shower curtain or glass partition between WC and shower area. After shower, everything is wet on floor. Only one small mirror in bathroom over wash basin (in fact that is the only mirror in entire room). No table or plastic seatOn to to sit on when taking bath with bucket. No place to put soap and shampoo during shower. You have to go to next door hotel (across the road about 200 meters) for breakfast. Rs. 800 Breakfast is most basic and fix. Eggs and poha or any one item. Fix. Nothing more. You pay more if what more and that's not worth it. Luckily we found breakfast special restaurant called "Jaws ", about 500 meters from Swimup. Even for common wash room, u have to go to next door hotel (which is theirs it seems)

Everything... and the staff was Amazing! Any thing I wanted or needed.. they got for me or told me how to get it. I highly recommend staying here!!

Room walls are of glass. Though curtains are there but still risk of visibility from outside. Room got too hot at noon. Even with AC working round the clock, temperature was more than 30. In middle of night, tap water stopped. On calling reception, they asked us to wait till tanker comes. Even staff (their CO ) was rude
