Location, fantastic communication with the host.

Access with baggage was a little difficult.

Location close to restaurants and sites

Many steps to enter.

The location was excellent - central to most things in Ortigia. The hosts kindly allowed an early check in and responded promptly to inquiries we had.

The outside patio upstairs was in poor condition, had no view and was pretty much unusable. Wifi signal was often weak. Although the location was very central, there was noise from adjoining restaurants.

Hosts were great.Responded immediately to a noisy water pump and provided a mid week clean which we didn't expect.

Absence of sofa/chairs in a lounge area.

Excellent location- easier to find than expected- good communication from owner in advance with directions and check in instructions. Beautiful space - comfy bed and Netflix. Well equipped kitchen

Only the noise - street noise expected given the location and being the weekend but noise from flats above was disturbing- children constantly running around screaming and crying and furniture scraping across the floor incessantly. Maybe a bit more well collated info e.g where supermarket is would be great 👍

The location is superb and the house is very spacious and practical. It's very nicely done up with comfortable beds and lawyer rooms.

The house could be a bit cleaner and better stocked up.
