Great contact at every point

Bed sheets were scratchy

Loved that there was a kitchen and a grill, good wifi and access to streaming. Keystone is beautiful and the property location is relatively near to restaurants and places to buy groceries and basic supplies.

The lodge/hotel is advertised as a "total condo" with lots of great views, a "private" hot tub and surrounded by nature. however the hot tub is a common area and we had a view of the parking lot, right off of the main drag, The parking layout is awful and there is no way to turn left onto the main street from anywhere. I had hoped to find a cabin-style, private retreat, but there were a lot of restrictions and HOA requirements in what felt more like a 1970s hotel. The staff was very helpful when needed and the kitchen was great, but I might as well have stayed at a hotel with a kitchenette. I had hoped to stargaze by a firepit, have a beer and a cigar from the patio... but this isn't allowed or available and the parking lot lights made stargazing impossible from our room. Just wasn't what I had expected.

The location. The quietness and the view out back.

Communication was great. Very quick and efficient to get answers to my questions. Really quiet place. I will stay again!

The parking was very tight even with oversized parking . The oven seem to be tricky to cook with couldn’t find a pizza cutter
