Knysna Views - Pezula Seashore - Sea-facing

The property is absolutely beautiful pictures don’t do justice, my only issue is there was not heater and it’s very close to the sea it was very cold

The place was modern with the most amazing views, well equipped for self catering and clean.

It had a damp smell, however this happens to most coastal properties.

Optisch ein richtig schönes Appartement mit toller Aussicht. Absolut sichere Lage.

Aber dann hört es leider schon auf. Die ganze Wohnung ist muffig durch zu viel Feuchtigkeit. Selbst das Geschirr aus dem Schrank riecht unangenehm. Außerdem war in den Badezimmern einiges kaputt. Zum Check-In wird ein ausgefülltes PDF benötigt, mitten auf der Reise nur am Smartphone etwas ungünstig.

That i booked 2 months in advance and 2 weeks before the trip i was told my room was double booked and that i had to make another plan or pay just under double for an alternative room on the property. I was planned far in advance so that i would find a decent place at a good price, and this was pulled from under me. The place had alternative - unused accomidation that they could have put me up in at their cost as it was their mistake, but instead they made it my problem at the last minute.

The place was beautiful and well set out.

There were old muffins that were stale right on top of the cupboard that had mold. Some mugs smelt very bad(I presume they have been there for quite a while?)
