Good and quiet location, good position for explore city, confortable.

No elevator (but reasonable, it is old building), no heating (there is electric radiator, but it is not safe to live it on and go out, and it is cold inside when hou come in, and need to wait little bit to start heating). Owner policy is that check inn is at 16h - most hotels, apartmans etc have check inn policy from 14h or 15h. Our flight was scheduled - to be in city at 13h. We have asked if it is possible to pay to check inn little bit earlier or just to live bags - at 14.30h par example and to pay for it - not for free. Simple answer was NO with some arguments about property policy and web site for luggage lockers in city. Also there is no any possibility to live bags on check out somewhere in building - also find a luggage lockers in city and do it.

Красивая квартира, хорошее расположение. Было очень чисто и было приятно, что на столе нас ждали угощения:) Удобная кровать, хорошие подушки, нетфликс.

Не понравилось заселение. Я оплатила бронирование, но не оплатила городской налог, тк его нужно было оплатить позже, а я была уже в путешествии, и были проблемы с получением смс-кода при оплате. Я написала об этом в чат. Мы с подругой хотели оплатить налог после заселения с её карты, но мне написали, что я могу оплатить в офисе возле апартаментов. Никакого офиса рядом в итоге не было, а мне не прислали код для заселения, пока мы не оплатили налог( Это всё было не очень удобно, тк в чате отвечали не сразу, а рядом никого не было. Лучше бы в стоимость бронирования был включен городской налог. Еще в ванне не хватает крючков для полотенец.

Comfortable, good studio flat and nice layout.

Really late check-in time was frustrating. And very stingy only leaving enough to make 2 coffees when 2 of us were there for 3 nights. It is very noisy in the building too, you can hear every.mocement from the other flats.

Boa localização que correspondeu às nossas necessidades. Muito equipamento e de boa qualidade. Bom televisor, com acesso a Internet e pacote TV.

Experiência um pouco impessoal, mas é esse o conceito. De qualquer modo a linha de atendimento funcionou bem quando foi necessário.

Superbe appartement entièrement rénové, conforme aux photos et confortable, tout équipé. Idéalement placé pour la visite du Centre à pieds, mais aussi à proximité de lignes de bus. De plus d'excellents restaurant aux pieds de l'immeuble.

Malheureusement aucun contact humain, enregistrement automatisé, pas de réponses aux questions par message (je voulais savoir si nous pouvions arriver plus tôt). Nous avons pu avoir 1 gestionnaire au téléphone qui nous a dit que l'on aurait la procédure d'accès que quand l'appartement serait libre...Normalement il aurait du l'être à 16h et nous n'avons reçu les codes d'accès qu'à 16h45.

Perfect location, with great balcony to enjoy late dinner or early breakfast outside, well-equipped kitchen, everything was just perfect. Due to central location, outside area might be noisy by the night, but if You travel for parties or get tired by the day, those noises are not disturbing.
