MARBELLA - ALICATE BEACHFRONT Apartment - 5

The location exceeded our expectations. A cozy apartment, with a wonderful terrace with a nice view (white villas, palms, the beach and the sea). The courtyard between the flats in which the apartment was located, was a green oasis with 2 swimming pools. The beach and some very nice restaurants were at a very short walking distance.

The location by the beach, however you need a car to get around. Only two overpriced beach bars nearby. The property had everything and was spotless. Fantastic views of the sea from a beautiful terrace.

En-suite toilet took forever to fill, I sent a mention to the owner but no reply.

The area is incredibly peaceful and boasts stunning surroundings, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment complex is well-maintained, with beautifully kept grounds and clean pools that were a pleasure to use. The apartment itself was of a fair size, well-equipped, and had a decent-sized balcony that offered a wonderful view. Despite arriving at night, we were warmly welcomed by the security guard, who, despite having limited English, was extremely helpful in assisting us with finding our parking space and the apartment.

While the area is charming and serene, it is located 8-10 minutes by car from the city center, which means there's not much to see or do nearby. Public transportation is also lacking, making it difficult to get around without a car. Most amenities and attractions are not within walking distance. The beach area, although pleasant, could benefit from better infrastructure. Additionally, while the apartment is advertised to accommodate up to six people, we found it more comfortable for four.

They want you to take out the rubbish on departure the supermarket is a good 15 min walk closed Sundays

Modern, clean, beds very comfortable. One of the best I have ever stayed in. Would recommend and use again. Superb !!
