USThe area
We killed roaches an ants everyday in even bedrooms from the 1st hr we arrived till the last day. Made our stay very uncomfortable,I even went an talked to the office people he said its common. Living will roaches aint never been common. The outside patios door was so hard to open an close I hurt my shoulder. There was no t.v in the master bedroom, an the tv in my daughters room wouldn't change channels.

The townhouse was outdated, roach-infested, and covered in little black ants. The AC upstairs didn't circulate properly, and they don't fully clean the restrooms. I didn't like using a long code to open the door each time,

USUSI loved the pool, view, bridge to walk, and location! Loved the amount of pots, pans, and dishes for those that cook during their stay. Also loved that the couch turned into a bed!
Needs updates: there was an outlet in our room that was broken, the door to the masters bedroom had issues closing and other small issues but was for the most part very good.
USThe home is very outdated. Items in the freezer never froze, including ice cubes! The beds are horribly uncomfortable. There's no television in the master bedroom. The property could be nice if the owners would make some updates/upgrades.
USThe location was great, but the staff (Allie & Brad) were rude, unwilling to unaccommodate our problems...red ants and spiders in one bedroom so bad that we could not sleep in it, no hot water in main bathroom, dirty dishes in the cabinets, refrigerator went out and melted our frozen food, dirty oven...then we were offered an $80 refund to NOT POST a REVIEW...how insulting... This was a 4 generation Mother's Day gathering as I am 77 yrs old...it was sooooo disappointing and not just because the issues with the unit...but the manner that we were talked to as we sought to resolve them added insult to injury. We don't EVER want to deal with Emerald Coast again...they are a disgraceful representation of Booking.com Al7c3 J. Jones
