Sunny Haven: Modern 2BR,Garage, WiFi,Stream

This year I have stayed in more than 10 accommodations from this platform. This has been, by far, the worst experience of all. Check-in is not allowed until 4:00 PM. Of course, for an extra fee, 3:00 PM is possible. One might think this is to allow time to clean and prepare the apartment... but that was not the case; the apartment was not clean. Dust on the surfaces, dirt in the corners, dirty cutlery, coffee residue in the coffee maker, water in the kettle... 2 of the 4 stove burners do not work. The oven was dirty, and the door didn't close. The bed is horrible. There is a closet but there are no hangers... The dining table chairs were wobbly because they had loose screws. The sofa is as bad as the bed... The time I am spending writing this review is probably more than the time spent preparing the apartment.

Byt bol pekný,vybavenie bytu celkom dobré. Parkovanie bolo fajn.

Komplikované preberanie kľúčov od garáže a bytu, nefungujúci router (ani po požiadaní tento problém nebol odstránený).Posteľná bielizeň dosť zapáchala, tvrdé postele, mäkké vankúše.

Почалося все з замовлення апартаментів,ціна вказана 2650 грн(52-55 євро),зняли 3800+(79,50євро) заздалегідь написав,що буду пізно з 23:00 до 0:00 так як був у дорозі,на що мені прийшла відповідь підтвердження ок! При приїзду на місце квест продовжився,вони дали ссилку на перехід іншого сайту не букінг де треба пройти верифікацію(ок),але там як виявилося треба ще місцевий податок сплатити 6,50 євро та страховий депозит 100 євро(ок) сплатив, пройшов верифікацію і вуаля жодних даних де ключі,яке місце паркінгу,де апартаменти не вказано. Прийшлось знайти поблизу готель і там провести ніч +80 євро На другий день зв'язалися з помешканням з ранку,на що вони почали говорити,що ми заселилися,після знайшли номер телефону букінга і зв'язалися з ними(пообіцяли вирішити проблему і сказали ,що кошти будуть повернуті) Але через пару годин з букінгу прийшов лист,де було запропоновано від імені цих аферистів погодитись на штраф 43 євро🤬, звісно я не погодився,додав відгук про них і вуаля,все підтвердилося,що це аферисти,вони на електронну адресу надіслали лист,що і страхового депозиту я не побачу,бо вони і його забрали,ніч коштувала мені 185+80 євро

Large new, clean, comfortable apartment, suitable for family vacation. Good parking.

I gave a low rating because there was no set of bed linen, pillow, blanket, or towel for one person. There was also no soap, no hand towels, and only three towels total, even though there were four of us. The staff did nothing to resolve the issue that day, saying it was the cleaner’s mistake, and I had to spend the night without bed linen, a pillow, or a blanket. This is unacceptable!

The furniture, beds etc. is new but very cheap models and low quality.
