Nice property, would say it looked bigger and newer in the pictures.

We had to switch rooms because the toilet stopped working. Also the mini fridges on both rooms did not work or the wifi on the tvs.

I liked the property it was nice and clean. And comfortable. Nice pool and bar area outside. Smelled great when I walked in the lobby.

Like the property, but was put in a room that the floor flooded from the door ..and the toilet didnt flush. I went and reported it and they were non chelant about it..and put me in a 2nd room that the toilet didnt work. But offered me to have access to another room just use the toilet if needed..Will never stay at this hotel again.

Location and amenities

Elevator smelt like gas. How noisy other guests were at 2am.

It was a good price for being close to Tampa’s cruise port.

We didn’t get to stay long.

As soon as you walk in the lobby, it smells clean. The staff was very nice and did what they could to make your stay comfortable. The room we stayed in was very clean, and staff stayed on top of everything. The beds were comfortable, and water pressure in the shower was great. All in all, I would rate this hotel a 10 out of 10.

Breakfast could have been better, but staff kept on top of everything, making sure nothing ran out.

The room was clean and spacious, the hotel is nearby the theme parks and a lot of food options, the breakfast had decent options, and the free shuttle to the parks was a great benefit

The only thing was that the bathroom tub/shower was outdated and permanently stained and the curtains and bed sheet had a few small stains
