Lack of a balcony

It was a nice property and great location

We were there for 5 Week’s and there was no sugar, sadly, pepper,2 coffees, no cleaning supplies other than a broom. For 3,000 euros I didn’t think it was fair as they don’t come to clean or visit.

Very nice location and the apartments are almost new, done nicely

Getting ahold of the staff was a little hard but we got it done.

Easy access with code after online check-in, thought the check-in app could be improved. We can get in even before the marked check-in time, which was great after a long and exhausting trip. Property manager Eduardo contacted us through Whatsapp right after my booking confirmation - it is great to have a responsive manager available and he was good in solving problems! Very new facility and in good working condition - smart TVs with Netflix and YouTube, quite and effective airconditioning, excellent kitchen appliances. Even some consumables were provided: sampo, shower gel, tea, coffee etc. Perhaps not enough for a long stay but allow resident to survive before the first shopping. Eduardo even provided more when I asked.

I booked at booking.com, where the info about on-site parking was very unclear. Luckily Eduardo helped to solve the problem. Some small issues could be fixed but nothing serious. It is not the easiest to find the location because it is located at some sort of hidden cornor on a one-way street. Taxi or Uber drivers can't get to the right place most of the time.

Die Lage ist ausserordentlich. Total nah am Meer und dennoch gut beschützt. Die Strassen zum Appartment sind sehr gepflegt und mit Blumen geschmückt. In der Anlage fühlt man sich sicher und gut geschützt und weg vom Menschenrummel. Die Betreuung von Eduardo war sehr freundlich, kompetent und zuverlässig. Er ist mit uns die letzte Meile gegangen und war auch an Feiertagen für uns da. Das Appartment ist einfach eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet - für Seitenschläfer evtl. etwas hart.

Einziger Minus: Für längere Aufenthalte fehlt ein Staubsauger. Es wird nur ein Besen und Wischmob zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch eine Salatschüssel oder tiefe Teller wären wünschenswert. Dies ist jedoch nur ein Detail. Die Klimaanlage war zwar potent und zuverlässig, die Luft zeitweise etwas trocken.

Wudnt say dislike but it had 2 balcony’s nothing on 1 & just a small table & 2 chairs on other would have been nice to have a lounger or comfy chair to sit out on in sun have slight walking problems so cudnt use the sun terrace because of the circular stairs were the sun beds were

Fantastische Lage, ein paar Schritte vom Strand, von den Cafés, der Strandpromenade entfernt und ....unter den Einheimischen! Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, die jeden Komfort anbietet, sogar ein Parkplatz! Wir sehen uns sicher nächsten Dezember wieder! 100% Empfehlung!
