Maisonette with Hot tub at 13 Rivers Street

Lovely flat with everything you could need in the kitchen & more Christmas tree was also a nice touch

The apartment was gorgeous. The little patio area out back was charming. The rooms were comfortable. The bedrooms were below ground but that kept them cool, which was helpful given the warm weather we had.

The wifi could have been more consistent - it didn't make it into the one bedroom and wasn't available on the patio. The light control could have been better - with the long evenings and early sunrises, it was hard to sleep with light shining in your eyes around the edges of the blinds at 4:30am.

The accommodation was very clean, warm and welcoming. There were all of the essentials and plenty of additional towels if required. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and felt like home for the few days we stayed. Also very quiet. We did use the hot tub which was very clean,warm, and relaxing.

The accommodation was perfect. It was warm but with the addition of a better fitting and more secure back door money might not be wasted heating the accommodation. Having said that the heating system was very efficient and we would definitely recommend.

The property itself is lovely with some beautiful features. The kitchen was well equipped, hot to was great. Location was brilliant!

Nothing that we didn't like but there are a few things that need attention. Mismatched glasses. Walls are badly marked throughout (chipped paintwork). The cooker hood cover is missing and the skirting board around the kitchen, under the sink, kept falling down. Only some of the outside lights worked so the garden was rather dark when using the hot tub. 2nd toilet smelt very unpleasant of mould/damp.

What a gorgeous property and welcoming hostess! This is a small, family-run business operating several short-term rentals in one of the most beautiful cities on earth. We loved meeting our hostess on arrival and getting recommendations for sight-seeing and restaurants in bath. The flat was just lovely, absolute gorgeous, and felt like home from the moment we walked in. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, including tea, coffee, spices, oil, and even fresh flowers! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated, the lounge/living room was cozy, and the back garden and hot tub were lovely as well. We all were so thankful after a bad stay elsewhere on this trip to have such a great visit in Bath in such beautiful accommodations!

There was nothing that we didn't like; this place was 10/10!

Beautiful property near the Royal Crescent and the Circus. Lovely interior and the yard with hot tub was great.

No complaints. However if I stayed again I would get a taxi from the station as it was a good 15min steep uphill walk.
