"Thus property could a very nice property if it weren’t for maintenance issues and noisy neighbours."

good quality utensils, pans, plates etc. Good parking. Overall property is ok but could do with better maintenance.

Both lawns front and back needed mowing. Conservatory furniture covered in dogs hairs could not use. Went to use shower and shower rail fell off wall , had to buy some screwdrivers and Allen keys and fix it properly myself. Loud humming noise from pipes every time you used hot water.Freezer had not been cleaned properly had to clean it ourselves had mould in trays. Mattress very soft in main bedroom prefer a bit firmer. Bedroom with bunks had brackets poking out of wall as shelf was missing from brackets(very dangerous) Needs anti slip mat in bath as very slippery when taking shower. Residential neighbours next door quite noisy. Outside the property at night is pitch black can’t see anything and security light outside door not working.
