Un baño no tenía agua caliente

Lo nuevo que estaba todo. Super limpio y cómodo. Camas muy cómodas y el apartamento tal y como sale en las fotos o mejor aún. Pese a estar super céntrico, ningún ruido por el día ni por la noche ya que es interior a patio. Muy silencioso para descansar. Tiene todo lo necesario, menaje y accesorios de cocina, lavavajillas, lavadora, tendedero de ropa, calefacción y aire acondicionado, secadores de pelo (2), amenities de baño que huelen genial, todo cuidado al detalle. TV enorme con todas las plataformas disponibles.

Eché en falta poder ver canales con cable de antena. Solo nos dieron 1 juego de llaves y yendo varios adultos, hubiese sido más cómodo tener otro juego. Simplemente lo comento como mejora, pero está genial.

I really liked the location (50 m from Grand Via metro station) and the fact that it was very clean and newly renovated. The second bathroom made the difference for 4 adults. Thanks God that I could called the agency who solved the issue. Anyway, the person who came with the keys was not the person from the message. It was a sweet lady who speaks only spanish. Thanks to google translate we managed to communicate. In case you need to let your luggages somewhere, they offer the possibility to let them few hours to a locker (other company) with 10% discount => e.g. 25 eur /day for 3 trolleys ( not feasable when you need to let them only 2-3 hours).

Lamentablemente la empresa que lleva la gestion, es la tipica que para ellos es mas importante ser rentables que tener un buen trato con los huespedes, pasan de ellos literalmente.
