Great place to stay.. Cosy and comfortable, with all needed facilities. Nice shower, AC working great.. Location is great also, walking distance from como center and lakefront. Host was also very friendly and welcomed us at the check in to hand over keys and provide some basic tips for the property.

Quiet street, great location. Very clean contemporary and homely apartment with great attention to detail. Carlotta was a warm and welcoming host, easy communication before hand, greeted us when we arrived and checked we were enjoying our stay.

The location is a mere 10 minute walk from the Lake, a perfect location as it is on the quieter side , it is so peaceful, cozy and homely. The nearest restaurant is literally a 30 second walk from the accommodation called Mystic Burgers which has great food. There’s so many restaurants and cafes nearby, not forgetting carrefour express for your essentials. It is a safe area to walk around. Our stay was so pleasant and our host even better, thank you so much for making our stay comfortable and stress Carlotta! The apartment is not only beautiful but extremely secure and safe which was very important for us. I felt at ease my entire stay and was sad to leave! I checked many places in Como and I highly recommend La Casa di Carlotta!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa di Carlotta. The apartment is very well located, it is quite central but the street is quiet at night and it is safe with the main gate key access. It is only 15-20 min walk from the train station and there is a local supermarket just 2 min away. The apartment is modern and well equipped, perfect for a couple. Carlotta was a great host, very promptly answering all my questions about the aprt and offered some suggestions of good local restaurants when we met her. Thank you, Carlotta, we highly recommend your aprt.

It was a quiet, charming and cold place to rest from a hot days in Italy! ☀️ Despite of this silence the apartment’s location was perfect! We were close to the city centre, bus station, train station and of course: to the lake! There was also everything that we need during our stay: comfortable bed, cold water, coffee, spices, iron, hairdryer and a cute neon light 💡 The host was really helpful, we’ve got really clear instructions about our accommodation, we were in touch every time, when we need! ☀️ I really recommend you this place!

We loved this property so much and had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very clean and quiet and perfect for a couple or a couple of friends! We were impressed with the location: it was a short walk to the grocery store and restaurants and the lake! Carlotta was very kind and helpful!! Overall we recommend!!
