"Séjour très agréable dans un bel apparement"

L’appartement est grand et confortable. Il est très bien équipé. La partie cuisine est parfaite. La décoration est soignée, avec 3 chambres, c’est très confortable. Une grande terrasse ensoleillée. Le stationnement est très facile dans la rue (juste devant). Machine à laver et sèche linge neufs à disposition. Communication rapide avec les propriétaires.

Dommage qu’il soit difficile d’ouvrir les fenêtres, sinon rien.à redire.

What a wonderful place! For a little older of a rental, the owners did a great job updating. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space. Owner provided a lot of amenities to ensure comfort. Owners were very good about being available to answer questions as well.

We didn't have any issues and had a great stay.

"Good value for a family trip"

Clean and comfortable space, close to downtown, Kendall Yards, and the universities. Easy parking. Nice outdoor space to use in the warmer months.

Immediate neighborhood is run down, but just a few blocks away from less sketchy areas. The unit is very compact for having three bedrooms. Not a lot of space to spread out and interact as a family. We were fine with the stairs but this would not be a good unit for those with mobility issues.

Looks like an up and coming area. Nice park and coffee shop within walking distance. Only 5 mins to downtown. Very clean and charming.

Nice location close to downtown. Owners were responsive to questions. We got in late but coded entry worked great and there was coffee in the morning!

There were a couple pretty minor housekeeping issues that we brought up. These things happen, hopefully not consistently, and again the owners were apologetic and planned to address them.
