Lovely 1 Bed house in Largs, North Ayrshire

Nice kitchen and good location

Unclean, Dirty front door Old food found re: chocolate (toxic to dogs) we had our little dog with us, chicken nugget, rock candy, half a cigarette, Alan key, crisps on the floor, uncomfortable bed, bed linen smelled not changed, smelled of tobacco and sour cabbage (maybe some other thing smoked), No walk in shower and had to try to climb in and hold a hand held shower to wash. Difficult as a high top bath and dangerous in my opinion. Not a good response from Erin, the proprietor when I told her. She said thanks for hi lighting this

It was so comfortable and relaxing

The location was spot on, not that far from the beach and shops pubs

Good location. Near centre. Could walk easily.

Carpet in living room, stained and smelling of dogs.

Spacious. Very handy location.

The lounge carpet was very stained and a very off putting sight when entering the house. The bin lid in the kitchen appeared to be covered in dog hair. More basics such as shampoo and a hairdryer would have been helpful.

The property, was clean and tidy.

There was NO heating or hot water in the property due to a faulty boiler. The engineer came out on the Tuesday unfortunately was unable to fix it and had to order parts. Wednesday morning the parts still not arrived so we decided that two days of no heating and hot water was enough so we decided to leave. I must say that Erin was more than helpful and she tried to help. She said that there would be compensation for the inconvenience caused and has sent you an email regarding this. I await your response
