"We had a lovely time and would absolutely visit again and stay in the apratment again."

The location is excellent (and also really quiet, which is strange given that it's right in the middle of the old town). There are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is clean, but very basic. Bedding and towels are provided.

Some condiments in the kitchen (e.g. salt and pepper) would have been welcome, as would plugs for the kitchen and bathroom sinks.

"Pleasant week in Seville"

Very nice apartment with lots of accessories and utilities and very confortable. Good position not too distant from the city center

The place is a bit old and worn out, especially some furnishings but it does not impact the functionality. There is a small roaches problem which seems common to the whole district and maybe city and some can rarely be found in the streets and in the building

Le logement est bien équipé. Le check in et le check out se sont très bien passé et nous n'avons eu aucun souci d'accès ou de communication. Le logement est très bien placé, ce qui permet de découvrir Séville à pieds et ce qui est fortement agréable !

Le logement est sombre mais cela n'est pas dérangeant. Néanmoins, le logement n'est pas du tout insonorisé. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans l'immeuble et dans la rue, malgré que celle-ci soit peu passante.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité et l'amabilité de la personne qui m'a accueillie. L'emplacement du logement est top ! Literie confortable et le logement est bien équipé.

Il est vrai que le logement est très mal insonorisé et isolé. Mais c'est un logement typique vieillissant... Le chauffage de la SDB est de mauvaise qualité, très bruyant et ne chauffe quasiment pas. ATTENTION : Le problème de devoir laisser les clés du logement à l'intérieur de celui-ci lorsque l'on part... Comment faire après pour ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble ?
