Serene Spaces on Tuam - 2 Bedroom Apartment

Great location good facilities

Needs some hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and a shelf in the shower.

Good security, information video was well done and a must to gain access.

The building is called Laneway appartments not Serene Spaces as advertised this had us doubting we were in the wrong location initially.

Perfect apartment for our stay in Christchurch. Right near the Riverside Markets for lunch or Little High Eatery for dinner. The new One NZ Stadium is a short walk away so will be perfect when that opens. Hoytz cinema and Archie Brothers/Holey Moley across the road. Apartment had everything you need for a stay and property manager was quick to answer questions.

Voll ausgestattet, sogar mit Spülmaschinentabs, Salz, Öl, Küchenpapier, Fön etc. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war gut. Die Küche gut ausgestattet.

Es lag kein Schlüssel in der Schlüsselbox für uns bereit. Telefonisch war niemand zu erreichen. Schriftlich zwar schnelle Kommunikation und Hilfe - aber ärgerlich und zu langwierig. Die Wohnungstür zu öffnen, war oft mit viel Glück verbunden, wann sich die Klinke trotz korrekter Code-Eingabe drücken ließ. Das Flusensieb im Trockner war dreckig von vorherigen Gästen und die Dichtung der Waschmaschine muss dringend gesäubert werden. Der Müll soll getrennt werden (was super ist), aber es gibt nur einen Mülleimer im Apartment.

Excellent location in the inner city,a short walk to riverside markets ,bars and restaurants.

Lack of signage location of lock box which was far too low to the ground

The Air Circulation system was noisy and could not be turned down or off and sucked out any heat provided by the heat pump on a particularly cold weekend. A comfortable room temperature could not be maintained.

Great location, short walk into the city centre, just 1 block from riverside market. Very secure, plus secure car park..... nice place!

Was VERY cold when we were in Christchurch and we initially struggled to warm up the apartment up.

Beautifully furnished. Quiet and convenient.
