Very spacious and clean

No dressing tables and chairs in bedrooms.

A spacious and comfortable house with plenty of room for everyone. The layout is open and airy, making it feel even larger. Located in a great area — quiet, safe, and convenient to everything. Perfect for families or anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.

The only small downside was that the table could be a bit bigger, especially for larger gatherings. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

Gorgeous property in a fantastic location. Lovely neutral decor throughout. Kitchen well kitted out. Nice candles available to use, nice garden, and dog walking paths in the area. Plenty good quality loo roll and towels etc. Toiletries and cleaning products were provided. The house was very clean but the cleaning company need to look up, and get rid of all the cobwebs higher up, around light fittings, front door frames etc. Host was extremely helpful and easily contactable.

We had issues with the boiler throughout our stay and therefore had no heating or hot water (outside temps were below freezing). However, the host promptly arranged for a plumber each time the boiler stopped working, and therefore, it wasn't an issue for long. For a luxury property, the mattresses were of poorer quality and rather uncomfortable. Some light bulbs had blown but that didn't affect the use of the house.

Perfect for us and our extended family to get together over New Year. Lovely house in a nice quiet area with all the facilities required. Big bedrooms, 2 good sized bathrooms, 1 en suite, and a downstairs toilet. We didn't use the garden, which looked spacious, or the utility room facilities, washer, dryer etc. Comfy 2 night stay.

Slightly picky, no dishwasher tablets so had to wash up....also, could have done with hangers on the back of doors in the bedrooms/bathrooms as no where to just hang a dressing gown or pjs etc but, this can of course be easily resolved and didnt impact our enjoyable stay

Easy location and nice backyard.

Washer and dryer filthy Empty detergent and dryer sheets. Then, . After cleaning the mold from the washer the dryer did not work. Beds were below standard and there were no sheets

Lovely spacious house in a great location for Manchester and surrounding areas. Close enough to Trafford centre and old Trafford. Very quiet area. Friendly neighbours and locals. Clean and modern look with all the facilities we needed. Easy check in and good communication from the host. Excellent stay. Thank you.

No negatives at all but if I could give a bit of feedback, it would have been great to have a bedside cabinet on both sides of the master bed. There was one on one side but we both had chargers to charge phones/watches etc. Master bed was a little hard and only a standard double for such a large room. However we had a lovely stay and these are literally personal preferences not necessities.
