Location is perfect. You have everything you have.

the flat is too small , the lane where the flat is at is very narrow for car to pass or park , also we weren't aware that the sunday Market is setup just down till the entire area and we were stuck with three big trolleys a d other cabin bags, and the host dint inform us about this situation, which made it very difficult for us to even get out car down to put the luggage and we had to drag it down till the place the car was parked which is about 1.5kms , with s kid , and no lift in the building, the host dint help in any which way , and us extremely rude just wanted us to vacate the room, also in Madrid it's very cold , but heating extremely bad, small little heater was kept in bedrooms, and the Ac dint hv heating , felt extremely cold in December, overall pathetic stay and experience, we stayed in Seville, Alicante, Valencia, with fabulous heater, and great big rooms too

Not meeting hosts Keys keyring not apropriate Apartment was not ready at 1600hrs but cleaner only came in at that time so we had to wait while she cleaned apartment Both AC not working on heat mode Bathroom sink leaks water on floors Not enough towels and toilet paper Mirror not fixed to the wall but placed to the wall Impossible to hang washing out if you wash any

Well appointed appointment in reasonably accessible location to main city attractions.

Poor maintenance issues. No hot water to bathroom basin. Loose tap fitting. Warm (not hot) water in shower. Squeaky door hinges need WD40. Floor areas needed thorough cleaning.

Location fantastic, we walked everywhere. Amenities nearby.

Didn't like mean spirited service of only 2 toilet rolls for a week's stay. We paid a high rate for a week so would have expected at least toilet rolls supplied. Only 1 garbage bag also! There was not enough hot water for showers. It ran cold after second person showered. Also no hot water in basin in bathroom and tap was loose and leaked.

Apartment was wery comfortable for 4 persons, has 2 separate bedrooms. Location was good, walking distance to city center and Atocha station. Very clean.

Location is in the middle of Rastro market , on sunday morning is very noisy, from 7 am you can here sellers talking loud while preparing for the day..We didnt meet owner because we get electronic password and that is why I put :( for staff.

Location was perfect.apartment had everything you needed.beds comfortable.nice cold showers what more could you ask for.quite location.

A few power outlets were not working.had to move kettle to different location.worked fine in the bathroom.showers temperature nice and always very cold.
