Ocean View and on Ocean 2 Bedroom Low Floor

The apartment is spacious and suitable for four people.

Extremely old and dirty. Hard to imagine when the floor was last cleaned. The towels were stained, and there was a thick layer of dust on the tables. The patio set on the balcony was broken and completely unusable. We also paid $100 for early check-in, but never received the building access code. I spent 30 minutes stuck in the lobby trying to reach someone to let us in—completely unacceptable.

Great location, very close to the beach. The pool was nice. The apartment could use a bit of renovation, but it didn’t bother me at all.

Not much. The valet parking was the best thing.

Barely an Ocean view. Broken beach chairs, lights, furniture mis-matched cabinets and utensils in small kitchen.

This place was more run down than I expected. It is really, really tired and the photos are misleading..there was furniture missing. The floors are lifting, the carpet and sofa threadbare....really cheap. Small things are broken and not getting fixed. Kitchen garbage can was filthy. I have never stayed in a vacation rental that was so poorly equipped - there wasn't even a pair of oven mitts. There isn't even basic cableTV....you need to bring your own streaming device, but the listing doesn't tell you that. I asked if there were beach chairs and umbrellas and the property manager responded there were not. I enter the apartment, and find 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas that clearly had been left by a previous guest, and judging by the rust, had been there a long time. This means either the property manager was lying or hasn't set foot in the property in a very, very long time. This was my 3rd time in the Sian...and the last. The service elevator was out of service, apparently over the Xmas break, which is mind boggling.
